Hi, I’m Marco, a photographer based in Venice, Italy, and working across Italy and abroad. I photograph people in different settings — from weddings and intimate portraits to reportage, travel, cultural events, concerts and corporate work. I’m interested in what happens when people stop performing for the camera and simply inhabit a moment, a relationship or a place. My approach is observational but involved. I value trust, attention and curiosity, adapting the way I work to the people and situations in front of me rather than imposing a fixed style. What connects all my work is simple: people come first. I try to tell their stories with honesty, care and a sense of beauty. Before photography, I spent years as an astrophysics researcher and software engineer. I still bring that background with me: curiosity, observation, problem-solving and a habit of looking at things from different angles.
