Yes — cake smash sessions are one of the most fun bookings on Photo Italy. Most are done for 1st birthdays, indoor (rented studio or villa) or outdoor (a clean grassy spot). You provide the cake (a smash-friendly small one — Italian bakeries do them for €15–25), an outfit you don't mind ruining (or one you do — many parents go with crowns and tutus), and a backdrop preference (neutral, themed, or floral). The session captures setup, first curious touch, full smash, and giggly aftermath. Bring wet wipes and a clean change of clothes for after.

Photoshoots on Lake Maggiore start from €319, with one- and two-hour packages running roughly €319 to €450 depending on the length and the number of edited photos. Boat time is the thing to plan around: an hour on the Stresa promenade needs no crossing, while adding Isola Bella or Isola dei Pescatori means budgeting for the ferry and the walk.
