Fast kein Hochzeitsfoto-Desaster beginnt mit einem schlechten Fotografen. Es beginnt mit einer vagen Vereinbarung. Die zwölf Fragen unten machen aus einem generischen Angebot einen Vertrag, den Sie wirklich lesen können — und wie ein Fotograf auf die Fragen reagiert, ist selbst die halbe Antwort.

1. Wie viele Stunden echte Begleitung? "Ganzer Tag" kann acht Stunden heißen oder sechzehn. Rechnen Sie rückwärts: Getting Ready (90 Minuten vor Abfahrt), Trauung, Aperitivo, Dinner, Eröffnungstanz. Kommen Sie auf zehn und das Paket deckt acht, fragen Sie den Überstundensatz jetzt — nicht um 22:30 Uhr am Tag selbst.
2. Wer fotografiert genau? Bei größeren Studios ist der Name auf der Website nicht immer die Person, die erscheint. Lassen Sie den Namen in den Vertrag schreiben, und sehen Sie sich eine KOMPLETTE Hochzeit dieser Person an — nicht die Highlight-Auswahl des Studios.
3. Zweiter Fotograf: enthalten oder nicht? Ab etwa 80 Gästen verändert er die Geschichte, die Sie zurückbekommen: beide Vorbereitungen, Gästereaktionen während der Trauung, andere Winkel beim Tanz. Kostet typischerweise 20–30% mehr und ist ab einer gewissen Größe jeden Euro wert.
4. Was passiert bei Krankheit? Die richtige Antwort nennt ein Netzwerk von Ersatzfotografen und wie der Ersatz ausgewählt wird. "Ist noch nie passiert" ist keine Antwort.

5. Ist die Anfahrt enthalten? Die übliche Regel in Italien: inklusive im Umkreis von 50–80 km, danach Kilometersatz, bei echten Distanzen eine Übernachtung. Eine Hochzeit an der Amalfiküste mit Fotograf aus Rom hat fast immer eine Reisekosten-Zeile — besser, sie steht schwarz auf weiß.
6. Anzahlung und Rest — wann und wie viel? Italienischer Standard: 20–30% bei Unterschrift, Rest bis zum Hochzeitstag oder zur Lieferung. Vorsicht bei allen, die alles im Voraus wollen.
7. Was gilt bei Absage oder Verschiebung? Suchen Sie drei Szenarien im Vertrag: Sie sagen ab, Sie verschieben (ist der Fotograf frei? wandert die Anzahlung mit?), der Fotograf sagt ab.

9. Werden alle Fotos bearbeitet oder nur einige? Standard ist Farb- und Belichtungskorrektur auf allem, tiefere Retusche auf einer Auswahl. Fragen Sie, was "bearbeitet" für diesen Fotografen heißt — mit Beispielen.
10. Welche Rechte bekommen wir? In Italien bleibt das Urheberrecht beim Fotografen; Sie brauchen schriftlich die unbegrenzte private Nutzung: drucken, teilen, sichern. Wollen Sie nicht im Portfolio oder auf Social Media auftauchen, muss das in den Vertrag — viele bieten es an, wenige von selbst.

We couldn't recommend Georgiana more as a wedding photographer! From our very first meeting, we knew she would be an absolute dream to work with. Die richtige Reihenfolge
Für Hochzeiten von Mai bis Oktober sind die besten Fotografen 6–12 Monate im Voraus ausgebucht; die Hochzeitsfotografie-Seite und geprüfte Portfolios sind der Startpunkt. Und wenn die Hochzeit klein ist — zwanzig Gäste, eine Terrasse — brauchen Sie eher ein Elopement als eine Produktion: kürzere Begleitung, dieselbe Strenge bei den Fragen.
